Hi, All - This week is the "high, holy week" of United Methodism in the Rocky Mountain Conference: Annual Conference week! Many of us will be going from FC FUMC and joining with delegations from local churches from across Colorado, Utah, and Southeast Wyoming for worship, legislating, celebrating, memorializing, and encouraging each other in our settings, and ordaining and commissioning folks for ordained or licensed ministry.
David Dalke will be leading worship in our traditional worship services, and Rebecca McFee will be returning from Conference Sunday morning for CrossWalk.
David will be preaching from Psalm 32:1-5 and Luke 15:11-24 with a sermon entitled "And the Band Played On". The congregation will also be treated to the amazing handbell duo of Kayla Gorder and Andrew Hudson.
A very Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there AND to all who give and love sacrificially like a dad.
